Google Review “What a cute and cozy place! Came in after midnight with an oversized vehicle and the owners were very attentive and made sure I got in and parked for the night safely. Very friendly owners make you feel at home. Beautifully lake right out my window with great ice fishing! Oh! Best hard boiled eggs ever Mike! And Bonnie was a super sweet hostess! I'll be back for sure!”

Mike keeps the parking lot clear during the snow storms And parking is a breeze. A good breakfast selection and good coffee! I would recommend this place to anyone!”

Google Review “Stayed here two nights ago and had a great stay. The owners were incredible nice, the room was super comfortable and clean, and the view of the lake was really nice in the morning. Slept great and in the morning had a nice time chatting with the owner and a few of the guests in the lobby (which is super cozy) as well as petting the motel mascot (the cat).”

Google Review “As of June 2021 the place is under new management. The new owners are every bit the the same good inn keepers the Magnets were all these years. The location on the lake is amazing. Quiet and peaceful evenings listening to the loons around the fire pit. Plenty of oversized parking. This is my 3rd visit this year and I've enjoyed all three visits in their three different types of rooms. The rooms have lots of lake life personality. These are not cookie cutter rubber stamped rooms. The rooms next to the lake and the Cabins charming and woodzy like. The main building less so but an enjoyable experience. Free ice, good WiFi, and coffee and snacks for breakfast. We arrived to the hosts providing fresh fruit smoothies on a hot day. Small boats are available: rowboats, paddle boats, and kayaks. In total the motel is a great experience for ones looking for a unique stay.”
